Pope Francis is inviting us to pray the Rosary, that as we contemplate the face of Christ with the heart of Mary our Mother, we will be even more united as a spiritual family and find help to overcome this time of trial during the pandemic.
He has written two special prayers to be said at the end of the Rosary.

Spiritual Communion Prayer
My Jesus,
I believe that you are present
in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love you above all things
and I desire to receive you in my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive you sacramentally,
Come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace you
as if you were already there
And unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me
to be separated from you.
Amen.

Cemetery Blessings
As a result of the current health restrictions and guidelines we are unable to gather together in the usual way for our annual cemetery blessing of graves. The graves will still be blessed privately this year and a video of the short prayer service will be posted here on our website. To view the video in full screen please choose the video then click the full screen symbol
We will also be remembering all our loved ones buried in the cemeteries in our Pastoral Area at the weekend and online Masses closest to the time the blessings would normally take place.
